Distressed Trucker Cap

We use high-quality cotton fabric as the base material. The cotton fabric is durable and comfortable, and is suitable for long-term wearing. Washing is the key step for achieving an aged look. We place the new hats in a specially designed machine and add natural minerals and plant dyes. After 72 hours of repeated water washing, the colors will gradually fade, creating a natural aged appearance. This fading effect is beyond what chemical dyeing can achieve.

The curvature of the brim of the distressed trucker cap also has specific requirements. It has been discovered that the optimal curvature is 15 degrees. This angle can provide shade while not obstructing the view, ensuring comfort.

The hardware accessories are made of vintage brass material. As the usage time increases, the brass parts will oxidize and darken, forming a unique patina. This change makes each distressed trucker cap  unique, just like the experiences of truck drivers.

Distressed trucker cap has retained the 6-piece structure of the traditional truck cap. The stitching lines are made of thick cotton thread, with the stitch spacing strictly controlled at 3 millimeters, which is both sturdy and beautiful. The process of aging is not the goal, but a way to reproduce the passage of time.
